Products and sizing

Our standard press-on nail sets include 10 nails and 24 adhesive tabs. Choose your size using the product options and our size guide. Review the product photos and included items before ordering. Screen settings and lighting may affect the appearance of colors.

Prices, payment and order information

Retail prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout expressly shows another currency. Check the selected products, sizes, quantities, delivery address, shipping charges and any taxes shown at checkout before paying. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can process your order and reach you about it.

If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled as confirmed, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute a different design or increase the amount charged without your agreement. Payments for items we cannot supply will be refunded.

Shipping and dispatch

Orders are dispatched from China within 3 days after payment. U.S. orders travel through U.S. logistics hubs before local delivery. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method.

Standard U.S. retail shipping is $5.99 below $39 in qualifying merchandise after discounts and free at $39 or more. Shipping charges and taxes do not count toward that threshold. Available services and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with the revised timing, if known, and the option to cancel for a refund for unshipped items. We will request your agreement before delaying shipment; if we cannot obtain your agreement or cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel the affected unshipped items and refund the amount paid for them.

Order changes, returns and refunds

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Whether we can make a requested change depends on its fulfillment status. For wrong, missing or defective items, we recommend contacting us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue promptly. This is a recommended contact window, not an automatic refusal of later requests.

Confirmed issues are resolved by an appropriate replacement or refund. We do not offer unconditional returns for an incorrectly selected size or a change of mind, but we will review requests for help. Contact us before returning any items. Live Pick offers

Our live-only mixed-design offers are $29.90 for 3 sets and $49.90 for 5 sets. The 5-set offer includes free standard U.S. shipping. These offers apply only to eligible designs confirmed by the host during the live session; they do not allow unrestricted selection from the full retail catalog. Confirm the style IDs, sizes and quantities with the host and enter the complete selection and reference information requested on the offer page before checking out.

Wholesale enquiries

Wholesale pricing, order quantities, freight and dispatch arrangements are confirmed in a separate quotation. A retail price or Live Pick offer does not automatically establish a wholesale quotation. Use our wholesale enquiry form before paying for a wholesale order.

Website use and privacy

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation or misuse other people's information. Any permission needed to use site content should be obtained before copying it. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Updates and customer rights

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future purchases. Changes do not remove the commitments made for an order you already placed. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law requires.
